Digital Unity learned the real order and manufacturing process, preserved useful behaviour from the incumbent system, represented cabinet and production rules explicitly, and connected office order entry with factory production, machine outputs, logistics and delivery.
The relationship later returned to machinery changes, delivery, trade ordering and operational visibility — evidence that the useful work was not a one-off build, but keeping the system aligned with how the factory itself evolved.

The original CRM coordinated imports, research, calling, callbacks, correspondence and later case hand-offs. Recent work has re-examined the live estate where workflow meaning became spread across flags, call reasons, portal behaviour and parallel spreadsheets.
The return engagement is part of the proof: mature systems accumulate operational history, adoption patterns and side effects that cannot be understood safely from code alone.
